My passion is creating beautiful & memorable sensory dining experiences: striking that perfect balance between familiar & comfortable yet unique & transportational. As a Michelin-trained chef, I have worked in some of the best restaurants in the world; in kitchens & dining spaces that are simultaneously ultra-efficient & ultra-inspiring. My architectural training, combined with the intrinsic first-hand knowledge of truly optimal restaurant design, has fostered the ideal foundation for my career. I have utilized those skills in designing, building & operating multiple restaurants & in consulting on a variety of hospitality projects. I am highly motivated to solve problems with inspiration & creativity. My goal is to collaborate with fellow passionate designers, chefs & restauranteurs in the creation of functional spaces that foster extraordinary hospitality moments for each guest.
